Drafts and saved work

You can read the framework, watch the film, explore the example and use the assessments without creating an AgentNetwork workspace. Working drafts stay in the current browser tab. Closing the tab can remove them.

When you choose Save to my workspace, a copy of that map or assessment is stored on our hosting platform. It is associated with your signed-in account and can be opened on another device. Edits are kept as a draft until you save again. Each tool keeps its latest saved version, not a complete history.

Your account

Sign-in is handled by ChatGPT through the hosting platform. AgentNetwork receives a site-specific account identifier, your verified email and, when available, your display name. We store these details when you first save work, so your records belong to the right account. We do not receive your ChatGPT password.

Signing in does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Your maps and assessments are not automatically submitted as sales enquiries or sent to an AI model. Contacting 1706 is a separate choice. The enquiry form creates a local brief for you to review and does not send it automatically.

Private to your account

The application checks your identity before reading, changing, exporting or deleting your saved records. Other visitors cannot access them through their own accounts. Account records are held in the hosting platform’s Cloudflare database. Authorised service operators may access the underlying storage when needed to maintain the service.

Drafts in a browser and files you download need your own care on a shared device. Sign out when you finish. Avoid adding passwords, access keys or information you do not have permission to store.

Export or delete your work

Company Map can export an editable JSON backup, including a draft made before sign-in. Older browser maps remain available to import from your workspace. They are not transferred automatically. Markdown reports are for reading and sharing; they cannot be imported as editable maps.

Your workspace lets you export all saved records or delete the saved workspace and its account contact record. Saved data remains until you delete it. Deletion removes it from the active application database; hosting backups and operational logs may follow the provider’s retention processes. Downloaded files and drafts open elsewhere are separate copies.

Hosting and external services

The hosting service receives ordinary web requests, including technical information such as your IP address. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The site includes the Vercel Web Analytics integration; whether it is active depends on the hosting configuration. Tool events contain counts or event names, not the text you enter.

External links open other providers’ websites. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. If an AI application uses the browser tools to read your company map, it may receive the map’s content. Use that capability only in an application you trust with your information.

Clear this browser’s drafts and older copies

This removes this tab’s drafts and the older local copies of your map and assessments from this browser. It does not delete your signed-in workspace. Download a backup first if you want to keep your work. Close other AgentNetwork tabs before clearing; an open tab can save its current state again.
